I'm Alex Hassan. After being drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the 2009 MLB Draft, I spent eight years playing professional baseball. I made my Major League Debut on June 1, 2014.

Following my playing career, I transitioned into an MLB front office, where I've spent the last 10 years focused on player evaluation, player development, roster construction, and organizational decision-making.

This website is a place to share observations on baseball, psychology, leadership, decision-making, and whatever else happens to capture my interest.
